Overview

Arden Academy ("we", "us") operates this website and related services. This policy describes what information we collect, why, and how it is used when you interact with our platform.

Information we collect

Account information: when you sign in to an Arden Academy application, your identity is verified by Firebase Authentication and an Arden account record (name, email, and account status) is created in our database.

Payment information: when you purchase a course, payment is processed by Razorpay. We store a record of the transaction (amount, status, and Razorpay's own references) but never your full card, UPI, or bank details -- those are handled entirely by Razorpay.

Contact form submissions: if you submit our contact form, we store the name, email, phone number (if provided), and message you submit, in order to respond to your inquiry.

Course content and media: course materials you are entitled to access may be delivered via Cloudinary, our media hosting provider.

How we use information

To create and maintain your account, process payments, deliver course content you are entitled to, respond to inquiries, and send transactional email (such as payment receipts and enrollment confirmations) via Resend, our email delivery provider.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Third-party processors

We rely on the following processors to operate the platform: Firebase (authentication), Razorpay (payments), Cloudinary (media hosting), and Resend (transactional email). Each processes only the information necessary to perform its function for us.

Data retention

We retain account, enrollment, and payment records for as long as your account is active and as required for legitimate business, accounting, and legal purposes thereafter.

Your rights

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to our legitimate business and legal record-keeping requirements.
