Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Arden Academy's website or applications, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Accounts

Access to enrolled courses requires a verified account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials and for all activity under your account.

Enrollment and access

Enrolling in a batch grants you access to that batch's course content for as long as your enrollment or entitlement remains active, subject to these terms and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Course content is provided for your personal, non-commercial educational use only. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of course materials is not permitted.

Payments

All course fees are displayed and charged in Indian Rupees (INR) and processed via Razorpay. Prices are subject to change for future enrollments; enrollments already completed are not affected by a subsequent price change.

Faculty and batch changes

We aim to deliver batches as scheduled, but faculty assignments, schedules, and batch status may change where reasonably necessary to maintain educational quality.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access to accounts or content you are not entitled to, or interfere with the service's normal operation.

Limitation of liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arden Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
