Overview
This policy describes how refunds and cancellations are handled for course enrollments purchased through Arden Academy.
Requesting a refund
To request a refund, please contact us via the Contact page with your payment reference. Refund eligibility and any applicable time window will be confirmed on a case-by-case basis and communicated to you directly.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are processed back to the original Razorpay payment method. Processing times are determined by Razorpay and your bank or payment provider, and are outside our direct control.
Batch cancellation by Arden Academy
If Arden Academy cancels a batch before it starts, enrolled students will be offered a full refund or transfer to an equivalent batch, at the student's choice.
Non-refundable circumstances
Once meaningful access to course content has been used, or after any applicable refund window has closed, fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.
